Summary: If only it were 1995
Comment: This book is about fifteen years out of date. The author talks about how he thinks the "information super highway" won't amount to much in the "future". He also talks about distributing diskettes and buying a dial-up modem for emails and nothing more.
If this were 1995, and the internet actually died out, this book would be a god send. However, it's not.
With that said, the author still does a good job at giving nearly 100 case studies, describing all of the different ways the companies became successful, and stresses that in entrepreneurship, there is an even playing field. You don't have to be a college grad to be a millionaire as an entrepreneur.

Summary: Buyers Beware!!!
Comment: This book is more of a autobiography then anything else. It really doesn't tell you anything you already know of. Its a little bit inspiring but not much else. It basically gives you a run down on already successful business, but not the real meat of what you're looking for.
The cover of the book says; HOW TO.... make Million$ with your ideas. But instead Dan gives you a history lesson on things you already know. The book didn't tell you "HOW TO" do anything. But it dose have plenty of things on what NOT TO DO. The only reason I bought this book is to know "HOW TO" do something like; Making a presentation to the market, or to a company without worrying about them steeling your ideas, something along those lines. I don't even know how this book got so many good reviews, but I know now not to buy anything less then 4 stars.
But above all, my main concern is whats on the front cover that says; "Get a free product marketing evaluation." But what Dan didn't tell you is in the last few pages in the book that says; A certificate to send a brief description of YOUR product, photos, literature, etc., with your questions about this product to see if it sells or not. And underneath your address you put in it says;
NO CONFIDENTIALITY GUARANTEED.
.....!!!!!!!
Hey Dan why not go ahead and ask them for there SS card and credit cards numbers too?
What the title of the book should have said was; How to make ME Million$ with YOUR ideas.
Customer Rating:

Summary: Solid Information
Comment: The title makes it look like another get rich quick book. But not so. There is a lot of solid advice here, and many ideas.
I wouldn't take every word as Bible, but it has definitely stimulated my thinking.
Customer Rating:

Summary: Great fundamental reading
Comment: I read this book as Timothy Ferris referred to it as recommended in his book. I can now see how The Four Hour Work Week utilised many of the strategies in this book. I own and run a factoring company and am constantly referring to this book in order to make sure our marketing efforts are aligned correctly. At the back of the book it has a very good overview of the strategies that you should be implementing in your business. Yes thebook is very selly in terms of referring you to other resources but it is worth its weight in gold! As it was written back in the 90s it could do with an update.

Summary: A Pandora Box of Possibilities, Although Out-Dated. NOT a How-To Guide, but still woth the read.
Comment: This book is a Pandora Box that opens up an inspiring world of private labels, informational products, and license systems to transform your ideas into reality. Dan Kennedy is the marketing king who has helped thousands make 7-figure incomes on a part-time, residual model.
This book was written in 1996. Use the information as idea-generators and inspiration, rather than strict how-to guides.
